Site Hopping
Do you blog hop? If you belong to a social site then I am sure you do. If you belong to a site such as entrecard then I know you do. One thing I am sure you will all agree on is we thrive on comments. It makes us feel noticed. Maybe important. Someone took the time to add some comments on our blogs.My next question is, do you reciprocate? Do you take the time out of your schedule to thank people for commenting? Do you write back just to say thanks? Believe me this will not only make them feel their time was not wasted, but it will keep them coming back. Isn't that why you blog in the first place? To get traffic and make a little money. If you want to be remembered then be sure to let people know you care that they took the time to let you know what they liked (or didn't) about your site. |
