My Town I live in a rural town called Bullock.Just like the the animal. The closest town is "Stovall" We have no stoplights, no police station, just one volunteer fire station, that is so small they ask for money while standing in the middle of the street. The fastest you can drive is 35 MPH. We have one school, which has been voted most exemplary several years in a row now. There is one Restaurant here that I swear has got to be a front for something. Why else would a fancy shmancy place open here where there is NOTHING close.You have to have reservations for Gawds sake. Th one thing I love the most is our lake. It is Kerr Lake and it is situated in Virginia and North Carolina. We have Bass tourneys here and it is joined by the James River and the Roanoke river in Virginia. It is beautiful and has lots of opportunity for fishing, picnics and lots of camping. All in all this is nice place to vacation if you love the simple life or just want to get in some good fishing.
